Okay, so VOIS was created to be a networking site, social, business, etc. I think it's time I use it for what it was meant for instead of just signing on once a day out of curiosity. That said, here's what I propose:

I own a couple businesses but I want to put 100 percent focus on one right now, RMCFC, Inc.

RMCFC, Inc. is a business that deals with commercial real estate finance and consulting. I deal with all property types and business loans/lines of credit. I basically get people the money they need to acquire a new business, land, construction loans to develope the land, condo and hotel acquisitions, income producing properties, extra money to take their business to the next level, etc. I get paid a small percentage of the loan amount (1 percent - 3 percent) and being that it's commercial, I am not bound by the rules of RESPA (real estate settlement procedures act) so I can give as many kick-backs or referral fees as I want. Also, I can do business worldwide.

That's where you come in and where I can make it worth your while.

Here's an example of how this could benefit you: Say you know someone who needs money for a commercial project but the banks don't have a solution that fits their unique situation or they just don't have the time or expertise to deal with that aspect of the process. Let's say they need 3,000,000 dollars (pretty small for the commercial market). You refer them to me. If the loan closes then I will make between 30,000 - 90,000 dollars on that deal depending on their situation and what the money is for. I will pay you 20 percent of that just for referring them to me.

So, just for sending them my way you will get paid between 6,000 - 18,000 dollars (on a 3,000,000 dollar loan or more or less depending on the project but always 20 percent paid to you out of my commission) just for sending them my way. I'll do all the work and you collect a nice little amount of money for doing something very simple. I would of course provide you with a contract to ensure you that you will get paid if the deal closes.

On a similar but different note, if the folks here who own and run VOIS have a problem with what I'm proposing, well guys, I have an offer for you as well. Even though this site is supposed to be free and we're supposed to be allowed to market our businesses or products for free, if you have any problem with what I'm proposing here, well, let me know and I'll strike a deal with you as well. For every deal that a member sends me that closes, I'll pay VOIS 10 percent of my commission just for allowing me to market this opportunity through your site. Think about it. If this works out then every single time a deal closes, you'll get 10 percent for doing absolutely nothing. Use the money for whatever you want. Take a vacation, put it into the business to help it to grow faster. . .whatever you want. I would of course be willing to execute a contract with VOIS as well to ensure you get paid. And the best part, you're based right out of Boca so you're only about 4 hours away from me so we wouldn't have to go through the send away process whereas I sign two copies of the contract and have both notorized, send both to you, you sign and have a notary stamp and sign both, keep a copy for yourself and mail one copy back to me. No, none of that. I would come to you and we could take care of it all in one sitting that would last maybe 20 minutes.
