My customer have a website that when you fill out a form, the website "creates" a adobe acrobate file (receive confirmation) with all the fields on form. A email confirmation its send out to my customer to inform that someone is interesting in his services.

Problem = Not all the people that fill the form have a Adobe acrobate, so they can't see the receive confirmation, and so is my customer, every thing is lost.

Solution = I want to create after the person fill out the form a option to view the receive confirmation in html file, adobe acrobate or MS word, so we can cover everyone, and when the person pic his option, the website sent to my customer a email with that info to.
