This project is for a start to finish website launch

I am looking for a develop to design and code a website utilizing the twitter api. The project will require a creativity and ability to create graphics for the site. The site plans to use the twiter api to display current tweets based off specified search criteria, aggregate posting data, continuously refresh, utilizes twitter logins as well as integrate databases to store all this information.

I have limited knowledge of web development, but have the concept and general design and functionality planned. I would like a developer with the background and experience that has the forethought to make additional improvements that I may not have been able to account for.

This project will be fixed fee. I would like a quick turnaround and expect to receive regular status updates.
