My client is looking to make a website for a vacation house he owns in the Florida Keys. This site will deal only with ONE properly and will not allow others to post their properties for rent like vrbo.com and other vacation rental by home sites.

This is just for one property, and will have to be able to show the house, photos, videos, and all relevant information. He would like to have a calendar to show which dates are available, so people can book them online and prepay him with paypal. Then it would automatically show those days on the calendar as unavailable.

It should show a map where it is located.

Since this house is on the ocean in the Keys, it should have a really nice and clean design and make people feel like this is the nicest tropical vacation they could find.
