I need someone to set up shipping module in oscommerce shopping cart.
I would like it to be setup as follows:
***$5 shipping charge per item for all US, PR, CA orders
***$20 shipping charge per item for International Orders.

I have downloadable products that should not be charged shipping.

Need someone with expertise in oscommerce. Looking for someone ASAP

This should not take no more than an hour or so to do. My budget is under $50.
