What I want:
A web application built in PHP (preference for cakephp) that is similar in nature to Gary'sGuide (http://miami.garysguide.org). but not a clone of that site

The site will allow users to register (using either facebook connect or twitter oAuth or OpenID). Create an event (see fields on a garysguide event), each event should also have an ical/gcal/outlook cal function to let users add to their own calendards. There should be a global and category based calendar built as well that they should be able to subscribe to.

If event creator chooses to let users RSVP there, should give an option to tweet their RSVP (using oAuth) similar to twtvite events or pizzatweetup events.
