Im looking to build a website just like craigslist with all the same features. The only extra feautes i want are some advertisment space/banners and also maybe a better real estate section. And maybe a community section. Also I want the site to have a better eye appeal then craigslist. Here are some sites I found to be eye appealing but i would want it to look better:
