Hi my name is James.I\'m currently attending college and had an idea for a service that hasnt been offered yet.I\'m looking for a web designer young and motivated that would welcome new ideas and look to start something new.I dont have any money but the idea i have can really change a generation of college students.You heard sucess stories from yahoo,myspace,etc. Think about this we were all shy about asking a \"dumb question\" in school.Maybe we never had that teacher we liked and were discouraged from education in genereal.I really belive my idea can help students to stay motivated and graduate. Again to all web designers im asking for a moment of your time to introduce a service for college students and bounce ideas with eachother. I would like to present you with the idea of the Online Institute of Academic Achievers. I need a web designer to help layout a trial website.This would start off as peer to peer studying.I have other big ideas for this proposal
