When a person diets to lose weight, he basically eats few calories than the body uses.On the other hand a person who eats more calories than the body uses, the person may then gain weight. kids usually do not need to diet in this way. Kids may hurt their health even more by doing something drastic, like skipping meals. Unlike adults, kids are still growing and developing. During this time kids need a variety of healthy food to keep their bodies growing properly. Over weight kids can improve their health by eating nutritious food. Do you have anything to add on this topic?
