Not all rumors are true. For example, there is no truth to the rumor that Gary is too into Herb to be an effective ring leader on Vois. However, I have only encountered, recently, the activity of some members who are gathering an enormous army of connections. For what purpose? They do'nt write, they do'nt call. It's like wham bam thank you maam or something. Now I'm just a dumb ass, can I say ass? farmer. If you got that wrong I am not really farming dumb asses, well you probably get it. Maybe, since the harvest is just finished I have too much time on my hands and besides,I like to take a hour break in the morning, check EMail and visit Vois. I plan to start or resume is a better word another blog soon, but Gary was the only one read my last one which is further proof that Gary does not have a Herb problem. Anyway, tune in to the food network, Wait. I did'nt start it yet. Hang on I'll be back.....DL

   I like the idea of being a chef but I do'nt like the idea of being rushed as in restaurant service. Once I helped cook for thousands of people at a gathering in India. The size of pots used was amazing and it was all done over wood fires. I watched women cook for hundreds of people in South Dakota. They cooked soup in brand new aluminum trash cans over wood. In all the preparation took more than 24 hours but the culture was one where men did no cooking lest their manhood be called into question. A strict division of labor that broke down many years ago, with nothing to replace it. I like to cook in the ground. I got it down pretty good but use a hybred technique that borrows from many cultures and depends on what is immediately available. I like the idea of preserving long held traditions and at the same time practice some adaptation. It requires knowing what to preserve and what to adapt. Speaking of preserving, I like to learn to preserve whatever I can, speaking of can ning I do a lot of that too. I have big plans to develop a product for Vois. I'm not looking to get rich as I am comfortable right now and I have a rich life. What I am looking to do is leave something on this planet that may be unique to my existance, sort of a legacy, but it has to be unusual or I wont be happy. So, I invite you to peek in on the process if you so choose, not that I think you are all voyeurs or not that there is anything wrong with that. I just know I plan to use my other search engine because I have a spell checker on it. I actually have a problem with missed spells or mist spills or something like that and I know I stand to get lost at times, but then some people prefer that. I hear it sometimes, get lost. Oh well, here I go again. Where did I get to?   Look to the future and? I hate when that happens. I've fallen down and I ca'nt get up. I dug a hole and do'nt know what to do with it now.
