Hello to my friends and family

lately i have been working with this ball called a kettlebell it is a 36 pound monster on the body, you basically swing the ball and do different exercises with it and talk about getting the heart pumping. I just introduced it to my sensei and he's love the cardio and strength training combined.

My goal for the summer is two swing my way back into my dress blues before the summer is out wish me luck
