that America can suffer defeat without any
inconvenience to themselves.

     1. 1968 Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed by a Muslim male
extremis t.

     

     2. In 1972 at the Munich Olympics, athletes were kidnapped
and massacred  by Muslim male extremists.

US embassy in Iran was taken over by Muslim male
extremists.

     

     4. During the 1980's a number of Americans were kidnapped
in Lebanon by Muslim male extremists.

     

     5. In 1983, the US Marine barracks in Beirut was blown up by Muslim male
extremists.

     

     6. In 1985 the cruise ship Achille Lauro was hijacked and a
70 year old American passenger was murdered and thrown overboard in his
wheelchair by Muslim male extremists.

     

     7. In 1985 TWA flight 847 was hijacked at Athens, and a US Navy diver trying to rescue
passengers was murdered by Muslim male extremists.

     

     8. In 1988, Pan Am Flight 103 was bombed by Muslim male extremists.

     

     9. In 1993 the World Trade Center was bombed the first time by
Muslim male extremists.

     

     10. In 1998, the US embassies in Kenya and
Tanzania were bombed
by Muslim male extremists.

     

      11. On 9/11/01, four
airliners were hijacked; two were used as missiles to take down the World
Trade Centers and of the remaining two, one crashed into the US Pentagon
and the other was diverted and crashed by the passengers. Thousands of
people were killed by Muslim male extremists.

     

     12. In 2002 the United States fought a
war in Afghanistan against Muslim
male extremists.

     

     13. In 2002 reporter
Daniel Pearl was kidnapped and murdered by-- you g uessed it-- Muslim male
extremists.

     

     No, I really don't
see a pattern her e to justify profiling, do you? So, to ensure we
Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us,
airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain
people... Absolutely No Profiling!

     

     They must conduct
random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with
proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's
security  detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of
Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss,  but leave Muslim Males
alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

     

     According to The Book
of Revelations:

     

     The Anti-Christ will
be a man, in his 40s, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with
persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like appeal....the prophecy
says that  people will flock to him and he will promise false hope
and world peace,  and when he is in power, he will destroy
everything.

of Stupidity Of all times the People of America want to elect, to the
most Powerful position on the face of the Planet -- The Presidency of
the United states of America .. A Male of Muslim descent who is the
most extremely li beral Senator in Congress (in other words an extremist)
and in his 40s.

People completely lost their Minds, or just their Power of

refuse to take a chance on the 'unknown' candidate Obama...

many people as we can so that the Gloria Aldreds and other stupid
attorneys along with Federal Justices that want to thwart common sense,
feel ashamed of themselves -- if they have any such sense.

Okay - here we go again.

The first time I used Vois to try to meet someone for a long-term relationship, I got overwhelmed with completely inappropriate responses.

After a while, I could barely sort the vagina pictures from the non-vagina pictures, and at a certain point it really didn't matter anymore.

So, before I go any further, please don't send any pictures of vaginas, even if you think yours is especially cute or whatever.

Last time, I did meet a few relatively sane, attractive and well-rounded people, so I'm not disheartened by all of the awful pictures and propositions etc.

Honestly, it's kind of insulting that some women immediately assume that all men want is a quick lay, but I guess it works out for them , so they'll probably keep doing it.

So, now that you know what I'm not looking for...here's who I am looking for:

A smart, attractive, fit, educated woman (not girl or child) who likes to laugh and isn't afraid to meet new people.

I promise that if you send me a picture of yourself and tell me what kind of pizza is best, I will do the same. (this weeds out the scammers, for the most part...)

I haven't written a blog in a while. Call it old age, laziness, or a large dose of apathy. The mood just hasn't hit me. Not a whole lot has changed, I am still doing well business wise in spite of this suck-ass economy. And as a trade-off my social life still sucks. I spent 10 weeks in Ocean City closing a furniture store, in the middle of Paradise. You would think that even a blind squirell would find a nut. NOPE!!!!! I guess it just isn't my time. I am pretty sure that if I was carrying 10 tons of cocaine I wouldn't be able to get laid in a crack house. Sometimes the love gods just don't smile at you. I am back in Cleveland for a couple weeks of golf and hanging with my children. Then its off to Baltimore.....So any one in this community thats in the Balt. area give me a yell. I'll buy you a few drinks and tell you a story. So till the mood strikes me. See Ya.

I see this question posted all of the time in the personals section, so I thought I'd take a minute to explain things to the ladies out there that haven't figured it out.

What happened to all the nice guys?

The answer is simple: you did.

See, if you think back really hard, you might vaguely remember a platonic guy pal who always seemed to want to spend time with you. He'd tag along with you when you went shopping, stop by your place for a movie when you were lonely but didn't feel like going out, or even sit there and hold you while you sobbed and told him about how horribly the other guy that you were screwing treated you.

At the time, you probably joked with your girlfriends about how he was a little puppy dog, always following you around, trying to do things to get you to pay attention to him. They probably teased you because they thought he had a crush on you. Given that his behavior was, admittedly, a little pathetic, you denied having any romantic feelings for him, and told everyone that you were "just friends." Besides, he absolutely was not your type. I mean, he was a little too short, or too bald, or too fat, or too poor, or didn't know how to dress himself, or basically be or do any of the things that your tall, good-looking, fit, rich, stylish boyfriend at the time pulled off with such ease.

Eventually, your platonic buddy drifted away, as your relationship with the boyfriend got more serious and spending time with this other guy was, admittedly, a little weird, if you weren't dating him. More time passed, and the boyfriend eventually cheated on you, or became boring, or you realized that the things that attracted you to him weren't the kinds of things that make for a good, long-term relationship. So, now, you're single again, and after having tried the bar scene for several months having only encountered players and douche bags, you wonder, "What happened to all the nice guys?"

Well, once again, you did.

You ignored the nice guy. You used him for emotional intimacy without reciprocating with physical intimacy. You laughed at his consideration and resented his devotion. You valued the aloof boyfriend more than the attentive platonic friend. Eventually, he took the hint and moved on with his life. He probably came to realize, one day, that women aren't really attracted to guys who hold doors open, or make dinners just because, or buy you a Christmas gift that you mentioned, in passing, that you really wanted five months ago; or listen when you're upset, or hold you when you cry. He came to realize that, if he wanted a woman like you, he'd have to act more like the boyfriend that you had. He probably cleaned up his look, started making some money, and generally acted like more of an asshole than he ever wanted to be.

The fact is, now, he's probably getting laid, and in a way, your ultimate rejection of him is to thank for that. And I'm sorry that it took the complete absence of "nice guys" in your life for you to realize that you missed them and wanted them. Most women will only have a handful of nice guys stumble into their lives, and only if they are lucky.

So, if you're looking for a nice guy, here's what you do:

1.) Build a time machine.
2.) Go back a few years and pull your head out of your ass.
3.) Take a look at what's right in front of you and grab a hold of it.

I suppose the other possibility is that you STILL don't really want a nice guy, but you feel the social pressure to at least appear to have matured beyond your infantile taste in men. In which case, you might be in luck, because the nice guy you claim to want has, in reality, shed his nice guy mantle and is out there looking to unleash his cynicism and resentment onto someone just like you.

If you were five years younger.

So please, either stop misrepresenting what you want, or own up to the fact that you've really screwed up. You're getting older, after all. It's time to excise the bullshit and deal with reality. You didn't want a nice guy then, and he certainly doesn't want you, at least not now.

An Actual Nice Guy

ITS BEEN A FEW MONTHS NOW SINCE I STARTED THIS BLOG. ALTHOUGH IT HAS BEEN READ BY MANY IT HAS BEEN COMMENTED ON BY FEW. I HAD HOPED THAT I WOULD HAVE MET OR TALKED WITH A FEW OF YOU(WOMEN) AND PERHAPS STARTED SOME NEW FRIENDSHIPS OR EVEN A REALATIONSHIP. DONT GET ME WRONG I KNEW AND HAVE STATED MANY TIMES THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE "CATCHING LIGHTNING IN A BOTTLE" BUT I KNEW I HAD TO GIVE IT A SHOT. I KNOW LIKE THE OLD TIRED BOXER ITS TIME TO HANG UP THE GLOVES. I AM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD BE BLESSED OR BLAMED FOR RESORTING TO THIS FORM OF PUBLIC MEDIUM FOR SCRUTINY, BUT I HAVE. ALTHOUGH MANY HAVE READ MY BLOG NO ONE HAS COMMENTED OR SO MUCH AS SAID "STOP YOUR EMBARRISING YOURSELF" BE THAT AS IT MAY I HAVE RESIGNED MYSELF TO WRITING THIS LAST BLOG. COMMENT IF YOU WILL.

WELL I AM BACK IN CLEVELAND (FOR THE TIME BEING ANYWAY) I AM CURRENTLY TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR A POSSIBLE LIFE PARTNER. WELL I AM HEADED BACK TO OHIO (THANK GOD) THIS TRIP HAS BEEN A COMPLETE DISASTER. I CLOSED A STORE OWNED BY A THIRD WORLD OWNER WHO WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT DEMANDING SON OF A BITCH I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I AM USUALLY PRETTY GOOD WITH BAD OWNERS, BUT THIS GUY SUCKED THE SOUL OUT OF ME. I AM LEAVING IN ABOUT 6 HOURS AND AM HEADED OUT TO I-80 EAST. I HEAR THERE IS SNOW EVERYWHERE, HOPEFULLY I WILL MAKE IT BACK BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. TIME FOR A LITTLE DOWN TIME, WISH THERE WAS SOMEONE TO SPEND IT WITH. BUT ONCE AGAIN I AM ON MY OWN. 1974 WAS SUCH A GOOD FRIGGIN YEAR. I WAS FRESH OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL AND INVINCEABLE. I HAD LIFE BY THE BALLS. I WORKED HARD AND I PLAYED HARDER. A FAILED 25 YEAR MARRIAGE. 3 WONDERFUL CHILDREN (GROWN AND GONE)AND I AM BACK. THE SCARS THE YEARS AND TIME HAVE ALL HAD THEIR SHOT AT ME BUT I STILL HAVE THE ATTITUDE THE FIGHT AND THE GUMPTION OF THAT KID IN 1974. I AM LOOKING FOR A LADY THAT WANTS TO RECOVER FROM THE BOREDOM OF WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. A LADY WHO REMEMBERS AND FEELS THE CHARGE OF WHAT WE WERE (AND IN MY CASE)WHAT WE STILL ARE.
