the first calander is what we punch each day in and punch each day out to. that calander starts on january1.
however, our bodies are on a different claander. that starts in spring when hormones wake up, we emerge from the dark lonlieness that winter holds us to. we then move to summer where we stretch our 'wings' and run care free. as it moves on to fall we start a shut down mode and move back inside the home, hormonal urges quell a little and fall to the side with most during the all consuming holiday rush. after which we crash , making the calander new year start a gloomy one for most.
me, my new year fresh start,,is NOW! spring. when every inch of my body is twitching and aching for me to spring free from the hibernation of winter.
