today i went walking with my dad at ala moana shopping center. since i have not been doing my other half of the walks on a 30-1 hour basis every day when i walked with my dad today i was out of breath and i had to catch up to him. before i didn't have to catch up with him because i was in more shape than now. but recently in the past 5 days i have been getting more lazy. when my parents go out at night to do errands  i stay at home on the computer or in front of the tv which i need to watch more of. i am sleeping later,skipping breakfast,eating fattening food there is,drinking lots of coke, and on the weekends i make sure i have coke.during the day i go out with my dad  but from next week it is onlu i will go out if i am awake. if not more computer and tv time and more to eat.i actually enjoy being lazy...its fun. next year i am thinking of finding a part time job and also i'd be eating out more so perhaps more so i will be gaining weight.  so i am doing good so far...
