Today after sitting in the doctors office for an hour and leaving with a handful of paperwork, prescriptions, samples, pamphlets, lab work request, and slips for the next two appointments, I must say I became overwhelmed. I guess we just dont always think that we can let things get to that point. I am sitting here now trying to figure out when did this happen, when did i let it get this bad, what signs didnt I pay attention to . I have to change things, I have to put myself first, its a big adjustment for me and a bigger one for the people in my life. They know have to take a back seat. They can do what the want, carry on how they want, I have to worry about me.
