Last year on March,i found my wife of seven year in bed with my best friend.This thing hurt me alot and i was thinking of killing both of them and commit suicide,but i had a secord thoght and let them to go.
My ex-wife left me my two sons aged 5 and 3 year old.I took them to the care of my Ma' cause i was planning to come to United State,so i couldn't travel with them.
Now the big problem is that,i've never touched a woman since March last,and i notice i'm fearing women.From last Month,i start expriecing some pain in my testicals and one on the right side is swelling.
Can lack of active sex cause this....??

I'm a human being and i have feelings too,so guys help with ideas
