                My Black Children   

My black children what has happened to you, why have you turned your back on me? 

The thing you seek most,
you will still find in me. 

I am not in the pipe you smoke.

I am not in the needles that you poke.

I am not in the blunts that make you float.

I am not in every girl or boy you meet.

I am not in the money that you think you need. 

I am in the trees when the leaves are full and green.

I am in the sunshine on a bright summers day.

I am in the air when the snowflakes fall from the sky. 

I am your King your almighty God, come back unto me, and you will see that I am the only one who can give you what you need
