When it comes to 'NATURAL' things, you KNOW it's MY THING' if you know ME!    I am all 'over' natural substances and supplemental usage of them, because our bodies just DON'T GET what they require from this 'anemic' earth and society who keeps robbing and robbing this land of so much and then poisoning our EVERY bit of commercial food.  And the 'packaged foods', you may as well go to your grave and lay down and 'wait'!    It WOULD be a 'funny' statement, IF it weren't so FACTUAL!    I can't even laugh about that one, because I am presently 'watching' so many people aimlessly go down that 'wrong road' all day every day when I see what they consume, and the WAY that they consume!    It's just NOT RIGHT, and I have a huge burden for us all!   We are the WEAKEST that we've EVER been as a whole, and totally unprepared for the 'coming'!   And I HATE thinking about the outcome!  So, I warn and warn, that perhaps SOMEBODY will take the heed and begin to "straighten up and fly right' or we'll all soon SURELY blow our 'tops'!    

Just think about it........ the stresses that are being multiplied mightily, and the problems that mount, and the people that are just plain SILLY anymore, the blood pressure rises, untoned and under par working arteries weaken and leak, clots form, cholesterol rises...........Soon........We 'BLOW' OUR TOPS' if we aren't wise enough to take measures to stop that from happening!   
ONE such supplement that I MORE than HIGHLY RECOMMEND is:   FISH OIL!    Do your own research, and then tell 'ME' what YOU find!   (MIGHT be something different and enlightening that I didn't know yet!)   EITHER way, you're GOING TO be 'intrigued' and wonder 'why' nobody told you those things before!   YES, there ARE alot of 'cons' out there that are just designed to 'scare you away' from it....by listing all of the poisons that COULD be found in it, and such!   But if "I" were YOU, I would TAKE as MUCH Fish Oil as I CAN, WHILE I can, before ALL of the waters 'die' from over pollution (which IS happening at a RAPIDLY ALARMING RATE!!!!!!  as WAS fortold in Bible Prophecy mind you.....)!    By THAT time, you won't be able to even EAT fish, much less anything ELSE!   (whoa!)   So, supplements are very important for the fine-tuning of the body IF we are going to survive! 

ANOTHER GOLDMINE of a supplement is, "MELATONIN".....which the brain produces to help sleep, but also rejeuvenates the body, and CAN reverse aging when used properly, and at night before bed!    It is a WONDER 'hormone' substance that the brain secretes, but loses as we get older and rip our bodies apart, and rob them of their inert abilities to repair and replentish and rejeuvenate themselves "fearfully and wonderfully"!   WE would do WELL to make GOOD USE of this to help 'reset' our body clocks when traveling through different time zones!     THAT at night, and DHEA in the morning will do WONDERS for the body, and especially MALES with the DHEA in the morning!   In Synergy, the sum is MUCH greater than it's parts!   Dhea in the morning, and Melatonin at night is a marvelous way to health and youthfulness, and to aid in crossing time zones:  which brings me to..................the POINT of this BULLETIN!

I have just read a report of a man who was and IS detained and being unjustly held in DUBAJ for possessing 'melatonin' to help him sleep and for the jet lag as I was alluding to in the 'time zone' traveling!   
Now, you KNOW, THIS got ME 'GOING'!     It is absolutely absurd!   It'd be MORE understandable TO ME, had they detained him for having 'asprin' or 'ibuprophen', which ARE 'drugs' and NOT 'natural supplements' to the body, and DO cause DAMAGE!   MELATONIN causes absolutely NO damage to ANYone.  How CAN it when it's something that the body manufactures for itself TO the BEST of its ABILITY thru the years, as we ignorantly PUMMEL our poor bodies into "remission" by the lifestyles we have taken on with such 'insolence'!   (Don't get me Started with THAT!!!!)   I'll be back with ANOTHER blog for all of that, hopefully soon!

I Immediately rushed to sign a petition on the behalf of the detained man and hope that SOMEONE will be inspired to go and do the same thing.   YOU KNOW YOU'd WANT someone to do it for YOU, were YOU the one 'detained' for foolish reasons such as wanting to 'stay' on top mentally and bodily while traveling thru the 'zones'!   YOU'd want as MANY as you can GET to stand up for you, detained in a strange land, away from home.....for 'TRYIN' to be HEALTHY'!   And just like him and me and anyone else, you'd sigh for every moment you were there in hopelessness because no one cares!  
WOULD you join me in signing the petition to get the attention of the leaders there to release this innocent man who has done nothing to hurt or endanger ANYone whatsoever in that case........    IF you would, you may go to:
