I'm at my best when I'm playing,
but playing plays me,
because my mind gets to straying.
When work time comes back,
my brain is still in the sack.
It's really hard to get back on track.
Then my brain goes so what,
kiss my butt.

My boss gets to rumbling,
because I'm still stumbling.
Trying to get back my focus,
it all becomes hocus-pocus.
I step out in the wind blowing,
trying to figure what I'm doing.

But I know,
because my fun has the go,
it's real easy to get with the flow.
I don't have to let myself play,
it just happens each and everyday.
I truly know that I have to T C B,
but I'm down on the count of 1 2 3.
Laughing and smiling is fun,
I chase them like I've never had none.
Feeling good is my high,
don't chase joy it will pass you by.

But we can't play all the time,
hey this should be a crime.
But the wrong play,
will mess up your day.
The right way,
will blow you away.
So I've been hit like dynamite,
because I love to do it right.

See no evil,
speak no evil,
hear no devil.
Close the door,
the devil won't score.
Want to mess up your day,
just let the devil in your play.

He stands outside my door,
waiting to make his score.
There he stands with his drink,
I can't afford to blink.
One wink and I'm through,
But I've been around for awhile,
I know exactly what to do.

My smile is sometimes phony,
so slice me up like baloney.
But I won't stop,
I hate to flop.
I go on like the energizer bunny,
even when chit ain't funny.

What am I laughing at,
in comes the bat.
Knocks me clean the freak out,
I get back on my horse,
continue on my chosen route.
As long as I got a laughing muscle,
I'll continue my hustle.
Hustling my fun,
even when there is none.

Let yourself play,
even on a f 'd up day.
Where there's a will,
