This is too good.

Coconut Divinity

3 egg whites

1 Cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 Cup Toasted Coconut

Pre-heat oven to 300

Whip egg whites till they form a peak

Add Vanilla and whip

Add 1 Cup Sugar and whip until they form a peak

Fold in 1 Cup Toasted Coconut

put spoon size drops on cookie sheet

Bake on teflon pan or put on parchment paper

Bake for 20 minutes

Let cool.

These are sooo easy and sinfully good.

Although it's not officially a Divinity, it sure comes close. Now if you want to kick it up a notch, get a hersey Kiss and place it in the middle and hide the Surprise inside.
